 How to keep you and your skin happy this summer

BBQ's at the ready! Sunhats on....it's set to be 28....yes 28 degrees in the UK this weekend. Check out my go to products whilst the sun is hot and shining.

We all love to feel the warmth of the sun on our skin. It's kind of like a warm embrace when you sit there, taking it in, and in that moment you forget about everything. bliss.

But, whilst we may be enjoying that amazing feeling our skin may not be loving it so much. 

So, this is even more relevant now as summer has decided to show up in the UK . These little tips and products will help you and your skin stay happy whilst soaking up those rays.

1. The one we all know- Sun lotion. Make sure you apply properly and re apply at a decent interval over the day especially when you've been in the water. Getting a higher SPF to begin with whilst your skin gets used to the heat is wise and then reduce the SPF as the day goes on.

Sun lotion can cause havoc with skin and cause some irritation so give it a try before hand so you don't come out in a nasty rash- not what you need at that friends BBQ.

Get yourself a different sun cream especially for your face. They are generally higher in SPF which you'll be grateful for in the long run. Avon do a great range of sun lotions, to suit everyone in the family. They also don't come with the hefty price tag  ( starting at only £3.50)

2. Find your makeup slides off your face when it's hot? firstly, make sure you prime your face first.... And what better way to do this than using the *prep and set spray. 5. Lastly, smell fresh! Did you know Avon does deodorant...and they smell like Perfume?!
